At Cloudflare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original box with all tags attached, including the printed return form inside the parcel to ensure fast processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your account to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
